Conditions applicable to consultation clients

On confirmation of a consultation engagement, Cantora will provide: a seven-day food intake log template; a structured intake review session; a written intake report; a seasonal meal plan; and a four-week follow-up calibration session. Deliverables and timing are set out in the engagement confirmation provided by email.

Clients are responsible for completing the intake log accurately and for attending sessions at the agreed time. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session may result in the session being recorded as completed for billing purposes.

The seasonal meal plan and intake report produced for each client are tailored to that individual's documented food intake baseline. They are provided for personal use only and may not be shared with or applied to any other individual.

Cantora accepts a limited number of new clients per quarter. Placement in the consultation schedule is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed engagement fee. Enquiries submitted through the website do not constitute a booking until confirmed in writing.

Terms applicable to supplement products

Cantora is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the website, the consultancy services, or the food-supplement products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Romanian law.
