PantryToPlate.
Four documented service areas. Each grounded in a thorough intake process, a seasonal framework, and a running archive. No two plans are identical; each follows the same rigorous structure.
Dietary Intake Review
The dietary intake review is the entry point for all Cantora consultations. Over a seven-day period, the participant records their complete food and drink intake — every meal, every snack, every occasion. The record is returned ahead of the first session.
Session one works through the raw log, noting distribution across food groups — vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, proteins — and identifying structural gaps. Session two presents a written intake report: macronutrient distribution, seasonal gap analysis, and a first draft of the quarterly plan.
Seasonal Plate Planning
Romania offers a distinct and well-documented seasonal produce calendar. Spring brings asparagus, radishes, new-season greens. Summer offers tomatoes, courgettes, stone fruits, sweet peppers. Autumn delivers root vegetables, pumpkins, apples, walnuts. Winter relies on preserved, stored, and hardy crops.
Each quarterly plan is built around what is actually available, affordable, and at nutritional peak in that season. The plan covers the full week structure: breakfast composition, midday meal framework, evening plate, and daily snack guidance calibrated to the participant's active lifestyle schedule.
Active Lifestyle Alignment
For participants whose week involves consistent sport — running, cycling, gym training, team sport, yoga, or any regular physical activity — the alignment service maps food choices against the actual energy expenditure pattern.
The review covers pre-activity eating windows, post-activity recovery composition, rest-day versus training-day plate differences, and hydration considerations across the week. The goal is a single coherent daily routine where what is eaten reflects the demands of the body's actual schedule.
This service is available as a standalone consultation or integrated into the quarterly seasonal plan.
Supplement Composition Review
Cantora products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Products meet compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories.
Active ingredients are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. Sourcing prioritises suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards. Ingredient profiles are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy.
We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
What participants ask before the first session.
Answers follow the same considered register as the consultations themselves.
Yes. The dietary intake review is available as a standalone service. Many participants use it to understand their current baseline before committing to a quarterly plan.
The seasonal framework is a structure, not a fixed menu. Within the quarterly framework, preferences are noted during the intake review and incorporated into the weekly plate plan. Vegetarian, flexitarian, and omnivore approaches are all supported.
A structured follow-up is built into each service at the four-week mark. Beyond that, participants on the quarterly plan return at the season change — four times per year. Ad-hoc follow-up sessions are available between cycles.
Supplement products are reviewed and recommended as part of the composition review service but are not bundled into the consultation fee. Cantora food-supplements complement a balanced daily diet and are available separately with full batch documentation.
Yes. All consultations and written plans are available in English and Romanian. The practice serves international residents and expats in Bucharest as well as Romanian nationals.
